  • 25ml No.1 Mint
  • 50ml Cuban White Rum
  • 1/2 Lime
  • 10ml Sugar Syrup*
  • Soda Water
  • Crushed ice or cubed ice

A beautiful glass, a splash of No.1, topped with a double measure of rum and lime. Add sweetness with sugar syrup and top with soda and ice, for exotic refreshment.

*Dissolve caster sugar 2 to 1 with water over a low heat, cool and store for up to a week in the fridge, in an airtight container.
